This 3/4 sleeve, shawl-collar, bright yellow cardigan was an impulse purchase at Target around March 2010. Actually, I thought it was on clearance for something like $3.00. It turned out not to be, and I dropped $24.99 on this baby. Which, 3 years later, works out to about $.00025 per wearing. Now retired, until I miss it so much I pretend not to see the stains and holes and start wearing it again.
Climbing the walls, March 2010. Worn about town with friends over a dark purple tunic.
Showing off my haircut, May 2010. Wearing the same purple tunic because I hadn’t yet branched out to wearing this with everything.
Robyn’s goodbye party, May 2010. With a sleeveless blouse from Pitaya.
Trinity College, Dublin, June 2010. Have no idea what I’m wearing with it. Purple sunglasses from my mom, necklace from Anne.
Eating way too many mussels, Cadieux Cafe in Detroit, December 2010. Gray cowl neck sweater dress from my mother-in-law. Awkward hair courtesy of me.
Venice Beach with Robyn, January 2011. Striped navy and white jersey tank dress from Old Navy, ca. 2009. Leggings from Pitaya. Sunglasses from some cheapo accessory shop Robyn and I stumbled on.
Kelsey’s wedding shower, April 2012. Dress from Old Navy, spring 2012. Earrings from Target.
Waiting in the airport on my way home from ALA, June 2012. Sleeveless Converse blouse from Target, 2009.
At ALA the giant buckle on the strap of my handbag tore a big hole in my sweater. Add this to the coffee and/or bloodstain on the lapel that I’ve been ineffectively hiding for over a year, and I think this one has to go permanently into retirement. (In other words, I dump it on the chair in my bedroom and leave it there indefinitely)
